Colleen is a 1993 graduate of Bloomington Jefferson. She lettered in both golf (1 year) and basketball (3 years) during her career as a Jaguar. She received All Conference basketball awards in 1991, 1992 and 1993 and was named the Most Improved Player in 1991 and Most Valuable Player in 1992. In addition, she led the team in rebounds in 1991, 1992, and 1993. As a basketball team captain her senior year, she averaged 15.5 points and 12 rebounds per game as the Jaguars went 26-1 and won the 1993 Girls State Basketball Championship. Colleen was named to the All State Tournament and All State teams her senior year and was a finalist for the Ms. Basketball award. Following her prep career, Colleen played 4 years of Division I Basketball at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. She was a 3 year-starter and captain her senior year. Colleen resides in Lakeville with her husband and 2 children.
