School Year Schedule

Monday thru Thursday: 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. in the weight room. Reminder that the school year session does NOT cost anything, but you still must register online.  Please see the "Registration" tab under the Activities/Athletics section to complete the registration process.

Summer Schedule

Dates: June 10th - August 8th (No Training July 1-4)
Days: Monday Thru Thursday

8-9am - Football (60 athletes)
9-10am - Boys Basketball (60 athletes)
10-11am - Girls Only (30 athletes)
10-11am - Cross Country (30 athletes)
10-11am (Mon, Wed only) - Hockey 
11am-12pm - Middle School Only (30 athletes)
12pm-1pm - Football (30 athletes)

Speed is the most highly sought after ability in all of sport, and the mission of Jag Power is to create a culture of speed at Jefferson. Jag Power Training is led by NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and is focused on enhancing speed. Each session will include speed drills, timed sprints, and weight training. The training times are set as such to avoid, as much as possible, conflicts with summer practices. However, athletes are welcome to sign up for the session that best fits their schedule.
