School Year Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. in the weight room. Reminder that the school year session does NOT cost anything, but you still must register online.  Please see the "Registration" tab under the Activities/Athletics section to complete the registration process.

2017 Summer Schedule: Monday, June 12 - Friday, August 11 (no training Jul 3-7)

Days: Mondays - Thursdays*

Cost is $110 per session. All sessions will have a maximum capacity of 45 participants. There will be no exceptions to this, sign up early.

Jag Power training is led by NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. All training sessions will incorporate a dynamic warm-up targeted at reducing injuries and imbalances within the body; speed, agility, and jumping technique; as well as weight room techniques that reinforce those movements. The training times are set as such to avoid, as much as possible, conflict with summer practices. However, athletes are welcome to join the group that best fits their schedules.
